Rowena Reservoir Project Tour

On July 19, 2001, DWP opened the new Rowena Reservoir for a brief tour of facilities. Costing $14 million, the new 10-million-gallon underground storage tank has wonderful landscaping to complement the surrounding area. Here is what it looks like from the "inside." (all photos by T.
