 bullet Committee to Save Silver Lake's Reservoirs (CSSLR)

This is a single-issue organization that was established to fight the DWP's original proposal to cover the open water reservoirs in Los Angeles.

bullet Gateway to Silver Lake 2000 (GSL2000)

This is a project to rehabilitate the landscaping and add art work to the long-neglected and abused intersection of the Hollywood Freeway and Silver Lake boulevard from London St. to the north and Temple St. to the south. GSL2000 was formed by members of the Silver Lake Improvement Association (SLIA), Silver Lake Residents Association (SLRA), and the Silver Lake Chamber of Commerce. bullet Silverlake Dog Park Association (SPDA)

The SPDA represents pet owners who use the portion of Silver Lake Park that is used as an off-leash park for dogs.  They meet the 4th Thursday of every month at the Coffee Table (2930 Rowena).
